El dise\u00f1o de la primera etapa ten\u00eda que contemplar la modulaci\u00f3n en funci\u00f3n al incremento gradual de las viviendas.<\/p><p>Nuestro dise\u00f1o permiti\u00f3 una modulaci\u00f3n sin cambios en la infraestructura, incluso sabiendo que la diferencia de tiempo entre la primera y la segunda etapa era de mas de 2 a\u00f1os.<\/p><p>Por ejemplo, el reactor SBR de la primera etapa se planifico como digestor aerobio de lodos para la segunda etapa.
